Russell Easther 

Russell Easther is an industry veteran and generalist in all areas of digital marketing and media. Russell now considers himself and equally strong trainer and digital marketing and media specialist, conducting over 90 workshops a year. Russell's background spans client, digital media agency side, search and management consultant roles across three continents. Through his 13 years experience, he has worked with clients large and small in a variety of different capacities.

Graham Porter

Graham is one of Australia's most respected marketeers and marketing automation experts, having worked with over a dozen IT organizations in the UK before coming to Australia in 1995 and ultimately starting his own Digital Marketing Agency. Graham was Asia Pacific Marketing Director for Borland Software Corporation from 1995-1999. Starting his career as a code-cutter (COBOL and C on Mainframes and Unix), Graham was drawn towards 'new' technologies such as client/server programming. A short career as a programmer came to an end when Gupta Technology (later 'Centura') employed Graham in a Senior Product Management position, Where he evangalised to corporations all over Europe. A move into marketing management followed, and Graham helped incubate and grow dozens of IT start-ups in 1992-1995 which history has recorded as one of the most exciting times in the tech industry. As well as coaching technology marketeers, Graham runs RMS, a niche direct marketing organisation specialising in assisting companies with their marketing strategies and using automation technology. Graham has implemented over 100 instanced of salesforce.com and overseen over 60 Marketo implementations and is incredibly excited that technology has - at long last-been bestowed on Marketeers at such an affordable level that anyone can get involved

Anton Buchner

Anton has over 20 years of direct to consumer marketing communications experience. A mathematical mind for measuring impact and return on investment, combined with creativity to develop better customer experiences. Anton is passionate about simplifying the ever-more complex digital and technology led landscape. Helping marketers align objectives, strategies and channel activity for a more effective result.He has worked for John Singleton in the STW and Ogilvy Groups, harnessed the learnings of Lester Wunderman at Wunderman/Y&R, and is currently working with APAC's leading Strategic Marketing Management Consultants, TrinityP3. Anton also runs his own strategy planning consultancy Front Foot Marketing. He says that juggling work and having 5 children ranging from 19 years to 10 months, a wife, and 2 dogs keeps him well and truly on the front foot. Anton will share a wealth of experience having implemented strategies and set-up analytics for AMEX, Microsoft, Nestle, FOXTEL, CBA, Huggies, P&G, Sony, Virgin Mobile, Canon, Fairfax, Tourism NZ and many more marketers.

Gwyneth Howell

Gwyneth has over 15 years experience in the fields marketing communication developing, researching and implementing strategy. Her focus is on disaster, issues and crisis communication and engagement employing social media. Combining philosophical analysis, quantitative and qualitative methodologies and case study research, Gwyneth's work has been internationally recognised. Gwyneth has taught at the University of Sydney, University of Western Sydney and Queensland University of Technology.

Beth Powell

Beth is an experienced facilitator and educator with a capability to align theory with practical useable outcomes. Beth has held executive roles in communications and marketing in the commercial, not for profit, and government sectors.  Prior to working as a consultant and educator Beth worked for renown international not for profit agencies, an ASX listed company and high profile government organisations. Beth lectures in Digital Marketing and Applied Social Media in the Bachelor of Business program at APM Institute. She holds a BA Communications from the University of Western Sydney, a Masters Degree in Digital Communications and Culture from the University of Sydney, a Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and most recently was awarded the Inbound Marketer Certification from Hubspot in Boston.

Caroline Childerley has over 10 years experience in marketing in such diverse areas as children’s book publishing, luxury goods and education.
