Caroline Raj – Head of Marketing - Global Technology Services, IBM 

Passionate.  Addicted to Innovation.  Loves a good challenge. Caroline has worked with a number of the world’s most successful international brands across Australia, UK and Europe on agency side and client side.  Her passion is to drive marketing transformation initiatives to engage customers more deeply and in new ways across by leveraging brand, culture and data.  As the the Head of Marketing at Global Technology Services at IBM, Caroline immerses herself in the the technology innovations (and challenges) that organisations' faces today and she drives STEM initiatives and speaking at events to encourage the next generation and the "new collar " skills required for their future.

Sandra Falzon – General Manager - Marketing & Membership, The Tax Institute 

Sandra Falzon is a digital savvy, strategic marketer with over 20 years’ experience supporting organisations across financial services, telecommunications and membership. She is currently General Manager Marketing and Membership responsible for increasing brand recognition and sustainable growth through strategic partnerships, thought leadership and digital marketing for Australia's leading association in tax. Sandra is the creator of, a content marketing website supporting the career progression of women, and has recently completed a Board-led strategic review and change management program to align the organisation for future growth, now visible in a new vision and strategy. Sandra previously managed a boutique marketing consultancy servicing over 35 key business clients and holds a Bachelor of Communications (UWS), Graduate Certificate in Ebusiness (MGSM) and a Diploma of Management (AIM). Sandra is a CPM of the Australian Marketing Institute and is a mentor to emerging marketers.

Tim Nicholas – Principal / Chief Marketing Technologist, Marketing Bytes 

Tim has over 25 years experience working in advertising & digital agencies, as well as client-side marketing roles. He has implemented traditional and digital media communications for blue chip brands in most market sectors including travel, finance, health, FMCG and consumer electronics. Tim runs his own consultancy that works with SMEs and large corporates to improve their online customer engagement strategies, particularly in the critical touchpoints of the company website and social media presence. He is also the founder of a startup called that has been created to help consumers make informed purchase decisions when their energy and mobile plans and insurance policies expire, whilst enabling advertisers to reach a unique audience that is ‘ready to buy’.
