Premier public sector marketers conference draws closer

One of the AMI’s largest conferences of the year, the Government Marketing Conference, will be held on 3-4 August at the Marriott Resort, Surfers Paradise, Queensland. The theme will be ‘Engaging and Changing’.

There will be an interesting pre-conference workshop, ‘Storytelling in Practical Settings for Real World Results’, conducted by visiting US facilitator Annette Simmons, who is president of Group Process Consulting (US) and author of ‘The Story Factor’. Simmons will also present on the second day of the conference.

The conference, now in its ninth consecutive year, is the only one organised by a key industry organisation for government marketers in the Australasian region. It attracts up to 300 marketing and communications specialists from a range of state, federal and local government agencies.

Early bird registration for the conference is open until 30 June. Workshop, one and two-day packages are available.

Full program and registration details can be found on the conference website by clicking here.
