Win for SA member in export awards

Aussie Inc., headed by President and CEO Todd Miller who is an AMI member and SA councillor, has won the Small Business Award in the 2011 Business SA Export Awards.

The company has been recognised for its outstanding achievement in exporting, particularly to the North American market. The two-and-a-half year old company now has products across pet, cleaning, paint accessories, homewares and rainwater categories and direct vendor relationships with Sears, Kmart, the US military, Sweetbay and C&S Wholesale. 

Miller said he was humbled by the award. “It has been an amazing adventure so far, and to be recognised through the Export Awards is fantastic. I am very honoured and humbled to receive the award. The USA continues to be a challenging market, but you can break through with the right products through solid market research and local intelligence,” he said.
