Keith Bishop, General Manager, Marketing Strategy
and
Secretary of IP Steering Committee, OneSteel Keith joined OneSteel in 2008 as General Manger, Marketing Strategy, having over the previous 7 years, held a range of senior sales and marketing positions at Amcor Australasia. Formerly a management consultant, Keith has a degree in Chemical Engineering from Melbourne University and an MBA from Oxford University. In his current role, Keith is responsible for strategic marketing, sustainability, marketing capability/talent development and corporate branding and intellectual property at OneSteel. He is currently the secretary of OneSteel’s IP Steering Committee and is in the process of standardising and centralising OneSteel’s IP and brand management processes and systems to better leverage strategic brand value across the group. |

Ed Falconer, National Manager, Customer Loyalty and Engagement, Myer Ed is Head of Loyalty at Myer and responsible for growing the MyerOne program which has in excess of 3.6 million members. As a data and insight rich business - Ed's focus is to ensure that Myer delivers value to customers by understanding and responding to their needs. Ed has worked at Myer since January 2009. Prior to that he spent 17 years as a consultant in Australia and in the UK specialising in the development of customer led marketing activity. |

Madeleine Fitzpatrick, Vice President and Director of Marketing,
McDonalds AustraliaMadeleine joined McDonald’s Australia as a Senior Brand and Strategy Manager in 2005 and, following promotions took on the role of VP / Director of Marketing in April 2010. In her current role Madeleine is an integral part of the company’s senior leadership team. She has specific responsibilities for identifying and setting the future direction for sustained business growth, producing best in class marketing campaigns, and leading, managing and developing the Australian marketing team. Madeleine’s major achievements include identifying and driving the business opportunity in chicken, and developing key advertising campaigns including ‘Inner Child’ as well as a new approach to McDonald’s advertising in the ‘Moments’ work. In 2008 Madeleine received one the company’s most prestigious awards - the President’s Award - for her outstanding contribution to the business. |

Donald Holdsworth, Managing Director, Matchpower Australia Don is an expert marketing line manager and consultant who has held prestigious roles such as Senior Advisor to McKinsey & Co, Executive Director Business and Corporate Development for PriceWaterhouseCoopers (Sydney), Senior Vice President Worldwide Marketing for Merck & Co, and President PepsiCo Vending International and Vice President International Sales & Marketing where he oversaw the launch of Pepsi Max. He is a business development coach and an organisational, brand, market and product development strategist. Through MatchPower Consulting, Don provides strategic services in Australia, New Zealand, the US and the UK. |

Mark Lollback, Group General Manager Marketing, ANZ
Mark has had an extensive career in marketing across many countries and global organisations including Group General Manager Marketing, ANZ, Global Chief Marketing Officer, Pepsi Lipton and Vice President Marketing, Unilever. As part of his career, he has ensured a successful start up of a Joint Venture, relaunched and improved product quality of new brands, executed promotional strategies to reduce reliance on deep price cuts and was tasked with stopping a business going into insolvency. |

Melanie McMillan, Principal, The Brand Business Melanie is the principal of The Brand Business – a corporate brand and communications strategy consultancy. She has more than 20 years experience in brand, communication and marketing, strategy development and implementation, working with major public and private sector organisations in Australia and overseas. Her specialty is brand, marketing and communications strategy and understanding the dynamics of competititve consumer behaviour. Her experience ranges across energy, financial, media, retail, telecommunications, tourism, entertainment and government sectors and she is a strategy advisor to a number of commercial and not for profit organizations and a board member of the Transport Accident Commission, St Vincent’s Hospital and Lighthouse Foundations. |

Charlie Nelson, Social Forecaster and Managing Director, Forseechange Charlie has worked in the market research and forecasting fields for over 35 years. He has extensive consulting experience in the telecommunications, retail trade, food, media, motor vehicle, and finance industries as well as in public policy. Charlie’s forecasting services have achieved a high degree of accuracy over the last ten years and this has been achieved by a combination of advanced modeling techniques and a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, developed by analysing market data. His forecasts include retail spending, new vehicle sales, other economic forecasts, and population. |

Ray Poynter, Managing Director, The Future Place, UK Ray owns and runs The Future Place, a thought leadership consultancy, based in the UK, and for the last thirty years he has been at the interface between insight, technology, and innovation. Ray writes a widely respected blog thefutureplace.typepad.com where he explores a number of marketing and societal issues. Ray is a frequent speaker and workshop leader and industry events around the world and he has won a number of awards for his contributions. |

Robert Rath, Chief Executive Officer, Sensis China In his role as CEO of Sensis China, Robert is responsible for managing Sensis’ partnerships with China’s largest real-estate and home furnishing and improvement websites. Robert has been based in Beijing since 2006 and a member of Sensis’ Executive Team for eight years, holding the role of as General Manager, Sensis Interactive for three of those years. Before joining Sensis, Robert held various marketing and sales management positions at Telstra, including National General Manager, Consumer Sales. Robert began his career at IBM, where he held various technical, sales and marketing positions. He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors |

David Redhill, Partner and Chief Marketing Officer, Deloitte Australia
David has worked in branding, marketing, and journalism since the early 1980s while living in Australia, Europe and the US. His work has been published in international journals including the Financial Times and Creative Review (UK); The Australian and Sydney Morning Herald (Australia); La Vanguardia (Spain) and the New York Times. David’s career includes stints at PWC; Landor; iXL; and BEA Systems. He is currently a partner and Chief Marketing Officer with Deloitte Australia, and a member of Deloitte’s global brand council. |

Darren Ryan, General Manager Consumer Marketing, Canon Australia Darren Ryan began his career at Procter & Gamble where he developed strong understanding of supplier and retail relationships working with pharmacists, The Woolworths Group and Coles. He also developed key skills in identifying consumer insights and building programs to drive category growth and market leadership. Since Darren’s shift to Canon 4 years ago, he has had a significant impact on Canon. Darren remains actively involved with key retailers in helping to build value into the categories for Canon and their retail partners |

Steve has been a market researcher for 15 years and prior to that an accountant for 3 years. The favourite parts to his job are: research derived marketing strategy, insights generation, and evidence based storytelling. His sector focus is service industries (airlines, property, banking, insurance, telecommunications and utilities). His experience covers both the consumer and business markets, & most recently has conducted an airline study looking to grow share with the corporate traveller sector. In the last 2 years he has developed a keen interest in the Research 2.0 space and generating research insight from online research communities. |

Prashant Hari, Technical Services Innovation Specialist, Colmar Brunton Prashant joined the management team at the start of 2008 and brought with him a depth of experience in, and a passion for Online Research and the Online space on the whole. Prashant has a Diploma in Communications and a Diploma Business Management. Previously working for Nielsen New Zealand, Prashant gained experience from the ground up – CATI Interviewer, Shift Coordinator, Supervisor, Online Data Analyst and Online Project Manager. Working closely with the Director of Technical Services, Community Manager, the DA Manager, Marketing and Communications, third party clients and key internal stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of a variety of online projects. Passionate about Online business, he has identified many opportunities for new revenue and by pushing the envelope for how we currently do research in the Online space. An innovation specialist, Prashant plays an active role in the development, implementation and execution of new products and is recognized as a thought-leaders in the Social Media space. Prashant is a frequent speaker and contributor to the Australian Market and Social Research Society. |

Denise Ulbrick, Research Director, Manager, Research Strategy and Policy, Tourism Victoria Denise has worked in market research for over 10 years, the last three years with Tourism Victoria.
While the majority of her time was in Retail/ FMCG sectors she says she has never looked back since switching to tourism and travel. "People love talking about their holidays, and not so much about laundry powder!" |
